35 hectares

Landscaping and plantings radiate from the buildings in a repeating theme of deciduous and evergreen plantings.

Pillars and gates mark the entrance to the property with a tree-lined driveway winding past a small lake, which supplies an extensive watering system.

A grassed, courtyard garden, framed with clipped topiary yew and pleached hornbeam offsets the main façade with climbing roses.

The rear terrace, ideal for outdoor meals and entertaining, is flanked by planes and cypress trees with views onto the vines.

On the west side broad steps rise from the secondary entrance, where roses, in beds of ivy and box parterres, are planted in profusion.

A walking-running circuit of approx. 4kms tours the estate and passes through several blocks of woodland. Additional land and the vines are managed by neighbouring farmers on a yearly renewable basis.
